Frequently Asked Questions

What’s behind your name “Kingdom Wedding Photography”??

“Kingdom” refers to the beautiful Northeast Kingdom of Vermont where we live.

What sets you apart from other photographers?

Your wedding is not just another job for me; I know how much time, money and heart has gone into planning your wedding and I want to capture everything - from your location to your rings, your bouquet down to your special guests and - most importantly - the two of you. My style is very natural, fun, beautiful and timeless. It is important for you to feel comfortable and at ease with whomever you hire. That’s why I offer a no-obligation consultation where we meet and discuss your wedding plans and ideas because I truly want you to select the right photographer for you.

What is included in your packages?

- no obligation consultation
- photo list preparation
- help with timeline if needed
- unlimited wedding photos captured
- mixture of photojournalistic, candid, detail as well as traditional wedding images, color, black & white and sepia toned images
- ALL images are meticulously processed, retouched and enhanced
- online gallery of all images that you can share with family & friends and where you and your guests can easily order professional quality prints
- ALL high resolution wedding photos provided on DVDs with print release
- ALL images on a separate CD already optimized for online sharing so you can easily share them with friends on FaceBook or other social networking sites.

How long after the wedding until we get to see our wedding photos?

Within a couple of days after your wedding, I will provide you with a sneak peek on my blog - http://kingdomweddingphotography.blogspot.com
About three weeks after the wedding, the images of your wedding will be available at an on line photo gallery for you to see, share and to print - I find that this makes it easier on the couple as you don't have to take print orders from anybody wanting photos of your day.

What about wedding albums and other print products?

I can create beautiful coffee table albums, flush mount albums, gallery wraps and also parent albums for you. There is no rush, enjoy your honeymoon, select your favorite wedding photos and give me a call or send me an email once you're ready to sit down and discuss the design and layout of your wedding album. As a professional photographer, I work with the best print houses that will not accept orders from the general public. The difference in print quality, paper quality as well as the overall product is simply amazing.

Can see I more photos of the most recent weddings you photographed?

Yes, just visit the wedding photography blog where you can see the sneak peaks of all the recent weddings I photographed.

Can I see a complete wedding?

Absolutely. Simple give me a call to schedule a consultation and we can look at plenty of complete wedding galleries and past clients’ wedding albums.

Which states do you cover?

I photograph weddings in Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, New York as well as other parts of New England. I'm also more than happy to travel to the location of your choice - local, national or international travel is no problem. If you have any further questions, just get in touch with me.

Do you photograph same sex marriages?

Absolutely yes! I am delighted about the State of Vermont legalizing same sex marriages and would be thrilled to be your wedding photographer.

Ok, we want to book you - where do we go from here?

Give me a call at (802) 755-6366 to set up a no-obligation wedding consultation. Feel free to bring along your wedding folder with ideas, design ideas, list of your “Must-Have-Photos” so we can talk about what you have in mind for your big day. I will then give you the contract for you to take home and read through. If you then both decided that we’re the right fit for each other, just send back the signed contract & retainer and the date will be all yours! Please note that all wedding dates are booked on a “first come, first served” basis. As much as I’d love to, I cannot hold any dates without a signed contract and a down payment.

We’re planning a Vermont destination wedding and might not have a chance to meet with you in person - what now?

GDates book fast, I'm currently booking for 2011 and 2012 so if you would like to secure me as your Vermont wedding photographer for your wedding date without having to drive or fly up here ("up here" being Albany, Vermont), just give me a phone call at (802) 755-6366 so we can talk, exchange ideas and see if we're on the same page. If you then decide you would like me to photograph your wedding, I will email you the contract, you read through it, sign it and return it along with a 25% retainer and you'll have one less thing to worry about. We can always do the in person consultation once you are in the area at a later point.
